Every project gets the same treatment: honest prep, quality product, clean lines.
Why Alvarez
Why people choose us
Prep before paint
Patching, sanding, caulking, and masking come first. Paint only looks as good as the surface under it.
You talk to the painter
No call center, no sales layer. The person who quotes your project is the person who shows up, in English or Spanish.
Proof, not promises
We don't ask you to take our word for it. Drag the line on any project in the gallery and see the work.
HOAs & communities
Your HOA has rules. We work with them.
Townhomes, condos, and communities with required color schemes are part of our regular work. Bring us the guidelines and the approved palette, and we match the required colors exactly, on the schedule the association expects.

Straight answers to fair questions
How much does it cost to paint a room or a whole house?
It depends on size, prep work, and the product you choose, so we do not guess. You get a free written estimate that spells out exactly what is included, usually the same business day.
Do I need to move my furniture or be home?
We move and cover furniture, protect floors, and pick up the site every day. Be home as much or as little as you like. We treat your space like it is ours.
How long will my project take?
Most rooms take a day or two and most exteriors take several days, but every home is different. Your written estimate includes the schedule, and we show up when we said we would.
What paint do you use? Can you help me pick colors?
Quality products matched to the job and to Colorado weather. We walk colors and finishes with you before anything opens, with samples when it helps.
Do you really speak Spanish?
Sí. Mynor and the crew work in both languages every day. Call 720-486-2489 for Spanish or 720-586-2731 for English and you talk to the same family either way.
Can I just send photos and get an answer?
Yes, and it is the fastest way. Add photos to the estimate form and Mynor can give you a quicker, more accurate answer, often without a first visit.
How do I choose a painting contractor?
Ask to see real before and after photos of their own work, not stock images. Get the scope in writing so you know what prep is included. Ask who is actually on your job. And notice how fast they answer the phone, because that usually tells you how the whole project will go.
How often does a house need repainting?
In Colorado, exteriors usually need attention every five to ten years because the high-altitude sun and freeze-thaw cycles are hard on paint. Interiors last longer, though kitchens, hallways, and kids' rooms wear out sooner. If you see chalking, cracking, or peeling, it is time.
Does paint quality really matter?
It does, especially here. Better paint holds color longer against Colorado UV, resists cracking through freeze-thaw, and washes without burnishing. We will tell you where spending more is worth it and where it is not.
My home was built before 1978. Does that change anything?
It can. Homes from before 1978 may have lead-based paint underneath, which changes how the surface should be prepared and contained. Tell us the age of your home when you request an estimate so we plan the job correctly and safely.
